Bio: Ariful Azad in an Assistant Professor in the Department of Intelligent Systems Engineering (ISE) in Luddy School of Informatics, Computing and Engineering at Indiana University. He obtained his PhD from Purdue University and BS from Bangladesh University of Engineering and Technology. He was a postdoctoral scholar and a research scientists at Lawrence Berkeley National Lab. Ariful is a recipient of DOE Early Career Award.

Md Taufique Hussain
Bio:Taufique is a third year Ph.D. student at the department of Intelligent Systems Engineering. He studies graph clustering algorithm that runs on high performance environments like large supercomputing clusters. He received his bachelor’s degree from Bangladesh University of Engineering and Technology. He likes to test himself with boredom. To do that he sometimes goes for a long run or a long bike ride.

Nicholas Majeske
Bio: Nicholas Majeske is a Ph.D. student of the Intelligent Systems Engineering department at Indiana University. His research is focused on the development of machine learning models for the prediction of spatiotemporal phenomena with applications in Hydrology and Neurology. He develops machine learning algorithms in PyTorch and PyTorch Geometric and has experience in distributed computation using OpenMP and MPI.

Selahattin Akkas
Bio: Selahattin is a Ph.D. candidate of Intelligent Systems Engineering at Indiana University, majoring in Computer Engineering. His primary focus is Graph Machine Learning, GNNs, Self-supervised Training, and Deep Learning. He got his MS and BS degrees in Computer Engineering from Pamukkale University/Turkey. He likes going hiking (there are lots of good places around Bloomington ) and traveling in his free time.

Abhigya Agrawal
Bio: Abhigya is a Ph.D. student of the Intelligent Systems Engineering department at Indiana University. Her research is focused on Graph Neural Networks, Natural Language Processing and applications of graph machine learning in Knowledge Graphs. She got her M.S. in Intelligent Systems Engineering from Indiana University and her B.Tech in Computer Science and Engineering from Indian Institute of Information Technology, Sonepat. In her free time she likes to read novels and go for a swim.

Md Saidul Hoque Anik
Bio: .Md Saidul Hoque Anik is a Ph.D. student of the Intelligent Systems Engineering department at Indiana University. His primary research is focused on optimizing the low-level Sparse Matrix Multiplication in PyTorch framework. He has completed his M.Sc. in CSE where his focus was on natural language processing and time series analaysis. He also has experience in Web, Hybrid, and Android App development.
